Charles Smith Kathy is a very personal person, easy to work with, and I have had 3 different loans with them at different times. And I have fell short on my payments! A couple of times, I kept open with Kathy in kept in touch with her, we solve the problem with in a timely fashion with no additional problems. This is our third car from them and let me tell yall COMMUNICATION & HONESTY goes along way with them … I have had to reschedule payments and just did a refinance to make my payment lower but they have been nothing but accommodating and understanding!!! Mary is truly the best and will definitely be getting our next car with them once we pay on ours more .. and please keep in mind when purchasing any USED car it might not be perfect.. if your looking for perfect buy a new car .
