ROGER MFONE I have my Homeowners Insurance with Farmers and car insurance with another company. Alan Morgan is my current Farmers Insurance Agent. I had never talked to him but would receive emails on a regular basis regarding various ways that I can save money on my policy. In recently received one of such emails from him and decided to call. I was very impressed by his level and wealth of knowledge, professionalism and great customer service I received from him. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions. He went as far as doing research to identify Defensive Driving courses although I had a clean driving record just because he wanted to help me save more money on my policy. I called and spoke with Jessica over the phone who was the sweetest , We were able to get a title bond from Jason who was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the process .
