1 /5 Luz Casanova: I have been with this company for almost three years. In the beginning, it was good but as she added new staff it went down hill. I’ve asked to speak to Vicki couple of times and never get a call back from her. My premium went up and I wanted them to find another carrier. After a week later I called and they told me they are still working on it. After two weeks I’ve received nothing from them. I did make contact to call them to let them know I went with someone else. They informed me they emailed something last week but never got anything from them. When I’ve called before last time I did get attitudes and like I was bothering them. During the year I’ve refer two people there but they never return their call back and again they’ve said the attitudes. So that was the end of referring anyone. I guess this company doesn’t care anymore about their business. Very unprofessional. Good luck to them.

I had an issue I’m trying to work through and the other lady that works in the office had no clue on what was going on or how to help me, but Lindsay always does. She runs that office and does a great job
