Adriana Guerrero DJ and Teresa were absolutely wonderful. I love how convenient their hours are for people that work 6 days a week. Their service was quick and they taught my husband and I a lot of tips and advice to help me in the future, not just about tax returns but also about getting set up with life insurance and the benefits of that. Tammy Roberts Been on hold for 25 minutes. I cant access my online account, they said use your First bank login ID and the last 6 of your social. Then it wants to call you with a passcode but the message says "sorry an application error has occurred-Goodbye" and the system hangs up on you. Disappointing to say the least
