5 /5 Darrell Goldfine: I have to say that I just experienced a very easy and professional encounter at BOA. I went on to obtain a signature as well as account information for my upcoming retirement. Took less than 5 mins to complete. I need to throw a name out there because he represented BOA with the utmost sincere and professional representation. Thank you Mr.Suarez.

5 /5 erin gwin: Andy or Marion was very helpful, polite, and patient. We went in to set up a checking account and he was able to get us set up and explain everything so we could find the best account based on our needs etc, he also informed us and set up a meeting for home buying; as we’re going to be house hunting soon. His boss, I think it was; interrupted after they started to get busy during closing hours and was rushing him to wrap up the appointment, that wasn’t appropriate or appreciated. As we were setting up a new account, needed a voided check for my direct deposit, and had questions. Andy was a great employee and very helpful. After we finished upl, Andy headed over to help where he was needed. Great job! Much appreciated GOD bless!

1 /5 D Jorgensen: Worst BOA branch ever. Long waits always. Never enough tellers or customer service help.

1 /5 Stacy Kennedy: This is the worst Bank of America branch Ive ever been to. The Customer Service should be ranked 0 stars. this is not isolated, its every time I have to set foot in this branch. 3 tellers at the widows, 1 widow open. That teller was doing his best to help that customer but I stood in line for over 10 mins while they serviced that customer. During that time, no acknowledgement, no apology, no context given as to why 1 widow was open and the other two tellers werent even looking up. By the time I left, there was still one window open and a line of 9 people. Avoid. The next closest Bank of America is Woodstock so Ill most likely be changing Banks specifically because of this one branch. Thanks BoA. 22 years of goodwill ruined by one mismanaged branch.

1 /5 Paige N: A waste of time. I called this branch and asked if I needed an appointment to change the name on my account. I was told “No, it’s a quick 10 minutes process. Just come in.” When I came in today, there was no line in the lobby, no one sitting down and waiting. A man asked how he could help me, I explained that I needed to change the name on my loan, I have my documents, etc. I was told it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait before anyone would help me. He asked if I would like to make an appointment. I explained that I was told no appointment was needed. He agreed and said no, an appointment is not needed, and asked again if I wanted to schedule an appointment. If I don’t need an appointment, why are you trying to schedule an appointment? If there is no one waiting, why am I waiting 45 minutes to an hour?
