Carl Jackson I have had my insurance coverage with State Farm for probably 30 years. My agents have always been in the Atlanta area. I moved to Gordon County some time back but didn’t change my agent. I was lucky recently to meet and change to the Grover Lunsford agency . Grover and the ladies in the office are so professional and helpful. I can trust them to handle my Insurance. Super nice people!

Yun Jang Im only sharing my doing business with them. Idky my phone is suggesting that I have been there recently. I have not. In dealing with this company, I have found it to be a great organization with great customer service. However, the rate climbed with no warning or explanation. Every month brought anxiety in preparation for the sticker shock. Not knowing what would appear after the make payment click. I have talked with several people who say the same, but with different companies. It appears to be just a pass the buck insurance thing. As if they dont already receive a premium. Prices just increase if someone has an accident in your area. Whether you knew about it or not. Its still passed on. Gone are the days of safe driver decreases. Doesnt matter. A nickel here, a dime there.
