Jessica is very attentive and receptive. I can come in with a general idea of what I want and she can match me with the jewelry I need! The prices of the pieces of jewelry are more than reasonable. As for repairs, I would go no where else. Gladys has an eye for detail that comforts me. Her craftsmanship is always excellent. Jean Bean Tammy is always my go to girl!!! I bought a wedding set a year ago and could were the diamond because it was scratching my fingers! I went in for my 6 month inspection talked with her (which she sold me the set) and she listened to everything I said and I ended up with a new band that I’m in love with dearly!!! She is awesome!! J. P. Fair price and the best customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. Mom and Pop shop with the work bench on full display so very interesting to see your jewelry worked on in real time. Both Ron and Joanne were great to chop it up with while getting a lobster clasp replaced on the spot. They also shined my chain up and made it look brand new. Will for sure be going back!
