I recenty discovered they are also proactive in helping us save money. They called to tell us they noticed our rates were going up due to a change in miles driven initiated by us and wanted to make sure that there were no errors. I must have made an error and they corrected it so our rates are back down. I love that they reached out to us instead of letting it happen to see if we checked on it. We highly recommend them!
