Robert Harris I was with another Farmers agency for years and asked them to review my current polices to see if there was a chance that my current premiums could be reduced. When the renewals were due I was always told that the rates could not be reduced, it is what it is... I contacted Jennette and asked her to review my policies and see if there was a way that she could reduce my premiums. Jennette was able to find a substantial savings with my policies and keep me with Farmers insurance. Johnseed McDanieldude I maybe a little biased because I have known Gail and her family most my life. As us country folks say. they are "good people". Several years ago, Gail helped me get a policy for my place. I never thought I would have a claim but then came Helene. Countrywide and Gail were extremely responsive and helpful with my claim. In very short time, I had the claim entered and an adjuster on site. My claim was handed promptly and paid quickly. As far as insurance goes, I was treated fairly. I am thankful for a responsive agent in Gail, a fair and pleasant adjuster in Kent, and overall positive insurance claim. I will be going into year 4 with Countrywide this year.
