5 /5 Kristy Gregg: Margie has been absolutely wonderful. I was dealing with a accident that was the other parties fault. Their insurance company was horrible to deal with and their customer service rating would be a "2" . Margie was very helpful and i referred my son to her for his insurance needs.

1 /5 Carolyn Hunter: Allstate is a cut rate insurance scheme. I dont know how the Insurance Commissioner lets them stay in business. Their customer service is wonderful until you need them. I was recommended by a friend to use this office. I have never met my agent. A tree fell on my house a few weeks ago and it took an adjuster a week and a half to come look at the damages. To add insult to injury they have a clause in my policy that ups my deductible if damage is due to wind storm or hale. They gave me a quarter of the amount it will take to fix my home. It will not be made whole. Also, I had a small claim in a parking lot and they doubled my premium. Before these two claims I had never had a claim. They are fantastic until you need them then you turn into a Liberty Mutual commercial. Uncovered and overcharged.

1 /5 Howie4077: I bought insurance for 1 year on a 4 wheeler and paid upfront around $415.00. I’m in the military and deployed to the Middle East. I just got back from deployment and I now have a credit collection company calling me and saying I owe $39 for a uninsured motorist fee. They never bothered to pick up the phone and trying leaving a message or anything. Would not recommend them and they obviously do not support the military from what I can see

2 /5 Raquel Hudson: Agent has been difficult to reach. I left several messages and never received a return phone call. On the time someone did answer the phone, the person was nice enough but not very helpful. Allstate has been fine but I wouldnt suggest working with this agent.
