5 /5 Jada Burgos: The best experience I had with a bank . I was greeted by the staff with smiles on their faces . It made me feel so welcomed . I love the app as well . It’s so easy to monitor any activity & you will instantly get notified if there are any changes on your account which makes me feel better about how secure my account is .

1 /5 jacob mosher: I deposited a check using the app like I had many times before, but all of a sudden in for no reason a $700 check got a 7 day hold for suspicion of fraud. I called the number attached to the email and was told to go to my local bank an they can handle it. I went to my local branch and was told theres nothing that can be done about it except for wait. Then the lady at the bank told me I should take the check to the bank it was wrote on. Its like whats the point of having my own checking account if I cant cash checks there from other Banks.
