Jessica Blaine The lobby was closed due to covid, so I called to verify that I could have a debit card made in the drive thru. While I was waiting in the long line to get to the drive thru, someone from the bank called me back to go ahead and have the card made so it would be ready when I got to the window. Amazing customer service that went above and beyond.

Loretta Jones Ooh my. I had an amazing experience yesterday with your off ice on to. Hill Blvd in Macon GA. The manager was out but there was a Blondie that knew it all. I did not get her name. She is definitely management material in my eyes. When I walked in she asked her co worker if she was free and made sure she assisted. I assume she was the manager but she quickly told me the manager left for the day. The young lady that assisted me had plenty of questions for the Blondie which Blondie quickly applied to help...I want that branch manager to know Blondie is a team lead/management material and she definitely needs to be considered a lead position. Her counterpart working that is still in training that I saw......I cant wait to do future business with your company....Thanks again...

Lindsey Langston Josh was extremely personable during the home loan process! He touched bases with me through every step to ensure that I understood what was going on. I would highly recommend him as your guy when you are purchasing a home!!

Amanda Goon I rented a home from at first the owner himself but he deployed and switched it to VHS Property. At first I wasnt too happy due to more negative reviews on property management companies around here but since they took over all the way to my move out date they were amazing! Valerie and the other girls were all so happy and professional. Stanley came out to do the initial assessment and again very professional and so nice. The walk through went great, no issue with getting my full deposit back. The whole time, if I had questions or concerns they were there. This is the ONLY rental company I will recommend in this area! The only reason we moved is because we purchased a home. When we PCS I will most likely rent my new home out and use them as the management company! Thank you VHS for you amazing customer service!
