Alliance gave us extremely affordable monthly payments and were very patient with our work schedules as far as getting paperwork signed. 5 /5 Chuck Spurlock: I have been a customer for several years and have had various loans. I highly recommend them if you need a loan as they will work hard to get you one. The whole staff is super, always have a smile on there face and are there to work for you! The Gem of the staff is the Manager Shannon Ragsdale, she runs a smooth operation and has great customer service! In all my years of buying stuff or getting loans, she is the best I have ever seen with Customer satisfaction, she treats all customers like Family! I will definitely continue to use them and highly recommend to my friends and family!

1 /5 Dana Fuller: My mother has been a loyal customer at this location for over 20 years. Brenda & Shannon built great relationships with their customers that mean something! My mom has nothing but a positive history with this place. The new ownership/management is destroying the reputation of this location. Treating my mom like she was trash. I’m so glad she has no open accounts because they will never have another with her! That man is horrible to customers as he talked to my elderly mother with disrespect like she was beneath him. Never will do business with them again! Loyal long time customers mean nothing to the the new management/owners! Do Not do business here! HORRIBLE!

We have kids that play a travel sport, and anyone who knows the costs associated with that knows it can be downright expensive. Whenever we call up and tell them that we need extra cash to make it happen, they make it possible. During the pandemic I fell ill causing me to lose time away from work. The disability insurance Alliance offered on my loan helped out big time. I’m so glad we had it! My payments were covered during the time I was unable to work. That product provided major relief. The staff is always helpful and actually cares about their customers. They know us by first name when we walk through the door, and know my wife’s voice when she calls the office. I will do business with them over other local loan companies or big banks any day. Endless thanks to Shannon, Natalie and Miss Lillian. We appreciate you and all that you do for our family!
