Elizabeth Jones About a week or so ago I walked into this business and the first person I saw acted like she didnt want to speak to me or even try to help me and when she finally asked me what I needed it was in a rude way. Alisha needs to learn how to approach people. What turned what should had been a one star into a five star is Kasey, she is very awesome and tried her best to get me what I wanted and walked me through the whole process step by step and she and her manager made me feel right at home with their knowledge and understanding of what a customer needs when trying to understand something they are not familiar with. Jody Veldkamp My daughter moved to Georgia in September. She was leasing her car and planned to buy it when the lease ended. A co-worker suggested she join Mid South. She walked in today was approved for the loan and they handled all the paperwork. Much easier than working through the dealer. Dealer also wanted to charge an $800 doc fee.

Jeff Horn Purchased a gun safe from Randys Pawn Shop. Great people to deal with and purchase from. Very helpful and informative. The safe was delivered in just a couple of days. The people that delivered the safe were polite, respective, and conscientious of everything while they were bringing it in the house and putting it in place.
