mark johnson I have been a customer at this agency for a year or two now and love it! The service is what used to be the norm between an insurance agent and client but which, sadly, is becoming just that... a "used to be. It thrilled me to find that friendly, personal service again! Eric Santana Nina Meier was the agent I spoke to and she was incredibly helpful, patient and kind throughout what was a rather foreign and stressful endeavor for me. She took time to understand my unique situation and tailored an insurance policy that I believe best met my needs. I had already spoken to 3 other insurance agents at different companies and this conversation was much more pleasant and productive by far. She didnt judge me for any naivety, only listened and provided great information that gave me a much better understanding of what I was really paying for. I am very thankful to Nina for sharing her expertise and taking the time to help. I do not often write reviews, especially in regards to insurance, but I do feel its important to shout out people like Nina when they do such a great job and make someones day a little bit easier.

KarranAnn Turner Taylor is such a great agent!! He is so helpful and professional and he will tell you exactly what you need for your insurance needs and the average person who is uninformed about insurance needs a professional to help guide and advise and he is always available, he is also available on the weekends by appointment and he readily gives out his cell number which is unheard of!!! Call Taylor!!! NOW!!!!
