1st Franklin Financial - Adel (GA)

Terra Stone 2 Amazon packages said delivered today at 6:31 pm. One said left by front door or porch. Not at either location or down the ramp where they are too lazy to bring to the door. The ramp isnt always used. Walked out to the mailbox and not only were there no packages but no mail, that was supposed to be delivered today, that was shown in my email notice. I had to drive to the post office mid June to have the mail lady drive back to the post office, because there was a sorry we missed you note on the door. Funny, because we were home all day and no one knocked, it was Express Scripts that was much needed medicine. Her excuse was no vehicle was there. I informed her that all 3 vehicles were there because we were home! Who is going to fix this issue that is on going!

Neil George I came in to apply for a credit card, and my teller was very patient and kind the whole time even though I didn’t really know what I was doing. I wasn’t actually going to be approved at first, but the entire staff was attentive and helped me to at least get a secure card.

Danny Terry Lisa Baxter did an excellent job assisting us with our mortgage for our new home. The process was very simple and fast. Lisa was always readily available to answer any questions that came up. I would recommend Lisa to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage.

James Dailey Do not deal with this company!!! Especially the Bainbridge office. Run as fast as you can. They just give you the run around. Go to lendmark they are very professional
