1 /5 Charlotte Middlebrooks: It is sad that my husband was trying to make a payment after holding 20 mins. He was transfered to 3 different representatives, but when they want commission you cant stop them from calling. Please get more help !!!

1 /5 Mindy Lawson: I applied online after this coywas recommend to me by credit karma. It took two more weeks for me to get answer of the local off telling me I dont qualify for anything. After submitting my vehicle information, job information, and tax information which they included my small business on there as well. Highly disappointed in the time frame and lack of communication

1 /5 Jara Samuel: Well so far the communication hasn’t been all that great. I put my application in on July 25th. I received two calls in the first day or two asking if I uploaded my documents. After that I have had to call to find out what’s going on. The quote I received online is much higher than what I was told on the phone. I was under the impression the process would be a lot quicker than this. I hope in the end I am able to update this review with 5 stars but we shall see.
