Ashley Sprague Espling saved me from a custom setting disaster! I had a semi-mount made elsewhere for my loose diamond, and it was too small. Rather than pour extra time & money into it, Ben worked with me to create a custom mount, and it’s absolutely stunning. From start to finish, communication was amazing, and every single staff member is so kind. I will be coming back for ANY future jewelry needs, and I highly recommend them!

Erika Thibeau Lydia and the staff at Piercing Pagoda were absolutely amazing! My daughter who is 4 decided she wanted to get her ears pierced. Lydia was so sweet, professional, personable, and I cannot thank her enough. She is definitely great with small children. She explained everything she was going to do and even let her draw on her glove before putting the marks on her ears. Yes, she cried a little bit but a lollipop and a new set of earrings instantly stopped the tears. Thank you so much for making this memory a delightful one. Highly recommend.

The staff was top-notch and spent an hour plus with us reviewing the items and giving us both a fair price, as well as education on what to do with the items which had no value. Taylor Menne I brought my Papa’s watch in after finding it clearing out my Mimi’s house after she passed earlier this year. I was very close with my Papa and thought it would be so special to have his watch in working order again so I could wear it for myself. There was some wear/erosion from him wearing it often. Boggs brought it back to life! From start to finish the whole experience was so nice. Laura was the sweetest and most gentle in understanding how special this piece was to me.
