She made a complicated process feel smooth and manageable, always keeping me updated and answering my questions quickly and thoroughly. If the entire law firm worked the way Melody does, the experience would have been perfect. I do want to note that my experience with the attorney handling my case wasn’t as strong. I didn’t always feel like she was fighting as hard as she could have, and I believe the outcome might have been better with a more aggressive approach. That part left me a bit disappointed. Still, Melody was the highlight of my case, and she deserves full recognition for her outstanding work. Thank you again, Melody — you made a real difference!

Idilio was the assistant who worked with me from the moment my lawyer received my case he is exceptional at customer service Was professional, helpful and truly went out of his way many times to help me. I am grateful for him and how he handled my calls even on days that I was truly frustrated. Melody in the closing department is also amazing, patient and attended me with excellent professionalism. However I have to be honest I am not happy with the services my lawyer provided me I feel that as a lawyer her job was to fight for her client And not give up at the first sight of defeat by the opposing side” quote on quote words from my lawyer I have worked a case with her a few times and have lost so I believe taking a settlement offer would be best, so you are not left with attorney fees from the opposing side. Giving me no choice but to accept an extremely low settlements This is not how I would have thought my case would have been handled. My 5 stars is strictly and only for Idilio and Melody thank you both for your help and patience. You are both appreciated
