His research into Exclusion case law and how it pertained to my case was excellent (Ive got Permanent Residency as proof of it). Joshua was nothing short of great. His replies to my questions were always timely and succinct (thank you for avoiding legalese in your answers). His demeanor is always warm and friendly. Before our interview (I130 and I485), Josh and Karyn had two prep sessions with my wife and I that proved to be invaluable. On the day of our interview, we had to wait 5 hours before being seen. Joshua was checking in with USCIS asking about if wed get seen that day and when. He was always our advocate, and at no point during this entire case did we feel unsupported.
