He made sure that she understood everything step-by-step. The process went very smooth and much quicker than I thought. This care is what I appreciate someone showing to my family member, especially when I know that she was very nervous on making sure things got done in a timely manner and correctly. We also met a few of his staff members, and they were very cheerful and always smiling and helpful from the first day till everything was finished.
