Not that anyone ever wishes to go through things like a lawsuit; but these two made this experience so much less stressful than it couldve been. While the journey had its ups and downs (to NO fault of them) they kept me updated, calm, and optimistic the entire process. I would recommend them to ANY one needing a lawyer! Michael Doyle I just closed my 1st loan with MRM Attorneys at Law. I am loving them and especially Samantha Melendez. Closing loans can be complicated and finding a title company that can keep up in this fast changing environment can be difficult. They were quick, responsive and problem solvers AND when I got an email from Samantha that said to close on time "I need the loan package 3 hours prior to closing" and NOT 3 days, I was sold. They get it! As an attorney owned title company that can also represent buyers and sellers and prepare or review contracts.

Julie Ferguson They move mountains. They are your David vs. Goliath. Fearless and fierce, they truly take your case personal. You will be able to sleep at night. Its been said to remember that lawyers are NOT your friends. They represent you. I always felt Bill and Pam Vergara were my friends when they represented me. Theyre brilliant, down to earth and get the darn job done. I recommend them as attorneys, no matter WHERE you are in Florida. Justice prevails!

Michelle Quasnick Aug 6 update - I spoke directly to the founder by phone and she cleared up the issue and personally investigated to be able to support my situation. I appreciate the time and understanding provided to my family and look forward to working with the team at Three Oaks Law! Talked to a Wes at the firm he was supposed to send over a contract the next morning never did. I waited a couple days and emailed no response it beyond me how they have 5 stars. Y’all must have big cases they want to take. They just kick the peanuts to the curb. I don’t recommend them at all. Let see if they scrub out their bad reviews. I will update this post if ever warranted.
