Andys methodology how to take "us procrastinators" through this complicated process, decision making, and gathering our data is amazing! He spends the right amount of time at each meeting to present the "legal mumbo jumbo" to us in a way we can understand! This is work, yes, but each step of the way leaves time in between for considering what has just been presented. Never did we feel rushed! Andy always answered ALL of my questions with patience and understanding, I was so thankful for that. Office staff is competent and pleasant and everything runs like clockwork. Andy is a brilliant, knowledgeable and friendly guy. The feeling we have now, having completed our Estate planning is such a relief, vs boarding a plane and saying to each other, "we need to do our trusts!..."
