1 /5 Lissette Hernandez: All began after contacting her office so my mother could stop a āDissolution of marriageā which began under false pretenses and the abuse from a third person against both my parents (one of them a vulnerable elder with diagnosed Alzheimerās disease).
When I contacted this office, I encountered a person on the other side of the phone that constantly was resisting our contact with the office, not willing to listen nor ask the proper questions (referring to her front desk person or receptionist).
Then, yesterday, once at the office it was more resistance from both, the receptionist as well as the attorney. There is two sides to a story, but Attorney Mercedes LeĆ³n did not ask me what was the issue. Not asking the proper questions from the standpoint of being a professional of the law, and only citing that I was not her client, she showed me her true colors. I have an entire file of proof however that was not important to this office. Let me add that the receptionist even lied to a social worker (my daughter) over the phone.
I will always protect my parents.
