When I started the process of getting a patent, even though I had done a great deal of research, I really had little understanding of what it takes to apply for a patent. From the beginning Stephen took his time to explain the process, explain possible options I could take, and was always thorough. As he and I worked through the plan and developed the application, I really saw his talents shine. Stephen is a master at writing, and it’s a specific legal language that’s required in dealing with the patent office. He has a thorough understanding of mechanics and physics. His artist did a great job with illustrations in the application, which also have to be done in a very specific way for the patent office. I could not be happier with Bullock Law. Additionally, my application was successful. I was awarded a patent for my invention. Patent number 11,805,765. Thank you Stephen!

I worked personally with Stephen himself and my patent will be officially issued in a couple weeks from writing this review. This process took roughly 36 months and Stephens communication throughout the entire timeline was fantastic. Any time I had a question or needed clarification on any topic (this is my first patent process ever) Stephen was quick to provide me the information and guidance I was looking for. 5 /5 Rachie Willenbring: Attorney Bullock exceeded my expectations and successfully helped my husband and I obtain a patent (11499825) for what we invented. This wouldn’t have been possible without his energy, enthusiasm, close attention to detail, and belief in our idea. The process of obtaining a patent, is not explained well enough in books or online. There are very specific ways that the language must be written. Claims must be precise without limiting the scope of the patent too much. His office can translate diagrams and graphics into the exact form required by the US patent office. The edits by Stephen of the words in our claims fine tuned our application with expert talent. Without his help we would have not figured out the formula for success, as it is something gained over his many years experience as a patent attorney! His knowledge and expertise of the patent process helped us create a patent application that had a great chance to succeed and be granted. He is an excellent communicator and kept us in the loop during the entire process.
