Nancy A The service at this bank as dropped to an F rating - since the Sun Trust merged with BB&T they have totally given up on any semblance of assisting customers. Wait time is over 60 minutes when you call and then you get disconnected. When going to the bank in person there could be many folks waiting to be helped. Wait time could not be estimated. Cut off my debit card without notice (over 2K in acct). Time to move on.

Gia Girl The man that runs the place was so super helpful not only helped me sell my things but gave me a whole lot more than any other place around highlands county, Jerry was his name. The way that man runs his business is how everyone who has a business should do it. Keep up the amazing work, politeness, understanding my situation with a compassionate attitude and friendliness almost leaving that store wanting to do something nice for a stranger thank you guys.

Tax time can be a headache for small businesses but Best Financial has done my personal taxes for years so when my husband started his business I knew exactly who to call. They take care of everything to make filing quick, easy, and AFFORDABLE. They always have their customers best interest in mind. I could not recommend them enough!

Douglas Swanson When you walk into this Bank everyone knows you and says hello to you by name, very personable. Ive never filled out a deposit slip, everyone there is always willing to help you with your banking needs. I dont understand why anybody would give them less than a 5-star rating. I have three accounts in this bank I continuously call up to make transfers from one account to the other, they always help me with it and never complain always happy to help me with it. Everyone should keep in mind, Nobody is perfect! All we can do is try our best and I think that this Bank does just that.
