After receiving an unfavorable outcome at first, Mr. Garza continued to fight for me resulting in the dismissal of my case entirely. 1 /5 Brianna Goldmann: I did not have a good experience with attorney Daniel Garza, it was my first time hiring a lawyer and boy did I make a mistake. After hiring Garza, he did not give me guidance, when I sent evidence he responded “I can put it in but I can’t guarantee anything” I think it was unnecessary comments, he didn’t seem to be confident in his ability to do anything in my case. Then a few weeks into being my lawyer he called me and started making comments about my character that I didn’t understand where it was coming from so I told him that I would like my husband to be apart of the call so we will have to call him back , he then responded “ I’m your attorney your going to talk to me when I say” ! I told him I felt threatened by this behavior and he said find yourself another attorney and fired me ! 3 weeks before my hearing which puts me in a terrible position. Then he wouldn’t refund $2,500! After doing nothing for me… he is out for the money and it’s very clear. I recommend looking at 5 star reviews and doing your homework very carefully. So far with my brief encounter with Foley & Wilson Law they seemed incredible and have a perfect 5 stars. I also recommend James Chandler in Naples they are by far better human beings and lawyers. Beware of attorney Garza.
