5 /5 Rebecca Bruce: I primarily deal with Jocelyn, the paralegal, and she has been awesome! We have ran into a couple of roadblocks during probate for my friends estate that have been out of our control, but she is always helpful and gives great advice and direction. Just know that it is the personal representative of the estate that is the client and not necessarily the heirs. Therefore, if you are the personal representative and try to include the heirs in decisions, the heirs may not fully understand and/or appreciate that the personal representative is the client and not them. Jocelyn does a good job of trying to explain that up front, but obviously emotions can be running high right other after the death of a loved one, so, based upon my experience, please think about that when you invite the heirs to meetings with the law firm as it can put the lawyers and the paralegals into an uncomfortable position. I would definitely use Jocelyn again, if I had to be the personal representative of the estate for somebody else.

Jocelyn was on top of everything from the beginning she was courteous and took the time to explain the process I needed to go through after my brother passing without a Will. Even though I was out of State she took the time. To go through Probate is never easy but she was always available if I had any questions at anytime very prompt and professional. 5 /5 Ben Swanson: I was hesitant to go forward with an attorney at all. But the more I heard from other people the more it was recommended that in business relationships it’s good to have everything on paper, I went around and checked with multiple mitigation and aggregation lawyers in the area. I found out Dana did it and was the best for value and quality. We connected the first day. She is a Christian who walks her talk. I sincerely felt royal treatment the whole way. There was very clear communication, and even down to the very last day, she had nailed every change I wanted to make to the contract. Signing day was a celebration because I felt at peace that Dana had advocated for me, and Every time I thought of something I wasn’t sure we added, I checked, and it was in the contract. Will definitely be using her services in the future.
