5 /5 Jeff Toney: When I was notified by the Nursing Home my mother was in that Medicare would no longer cover her care I was told that it would be best to get her on Medicaid. The staff at the nursing home recommended Lemieux Jacoby Elder Law Advocates to assist us in the process. I had no idea how much work it would take to get on Medicaid but Mr. Jacoby and his staff quickly put together a plan for us to follow. They worked with me throughout the process, providing me with all the help I needed to navigate this difficult and intensive process, letting me know all the many documents we needed to submit. They answered all of my many questions even when I had to ask the same things over and over. Mr. Jacoby was available to me throughout the process and his staff was always courteous and helpful. I cant imagine trying to get through this process on my own as Nursing Home bills piled up so I am very grateful for their help. Even after my moms death they helped me throughout the process of closing things out with Medicaid. I would highly recommend Lemieux Jacoby Elder Law Advocates when they need help getting a loved one or family member on Medicaid rather than trying to get through the process themselves.
