The whole experience has been a shining example of professionalism and due diligence. Curry Pajcic and Noel M. were simply amazing from our first meeting to our last. 5 /5 Julie Rogers-Martin: I would not be able to walk today if it weren’t for Pajcic and Pajcic. A teenage driver crashed into my car in December of last year at such speed that I suffered a severe foot injury which landed me in a wheelchair for several months. My husband (also severely injured in the crash) and I were in such physical pain and mental anguish when we reached out to Pajcic and Pajcic. We remember some of Curry Pajcic’s first words to us on that New Year’s Eve: “Don’t worry about anything from here on out. Put your energy into your health. Put our name on all your doctor’s and insurance forms and we will handle the billing and accident insurance questions from now on.” And they did. When I showed Curry my swollen aching foot (2 weeks after the accident) he urged me to immediately visit urgent care because if I kept walking on it with a possible Lisfranc injury, I could lose my foot or walking ability. It turns out I did have the injury and the necessary immediate surgery. Without Curry’s keen eye and attention to detail I would not be walking today. Curry and the staff at Pajcic and Pajcic responded to all of our questions immediately. The paperwork they submitted for our lawsuit was so spectacular that the insurance company did not even try to negotiate. They gave us 100% of what we asked for. My other lawyer friends could not believe it was settled for the full amount and in such a timely manner. I highly recommend Pajcic and Pajcic Law Firm.
