Juana Portela I really dont know why the bad reviews. This branch is practically new because it was BB&T at another location. Ive been there with tellers and with officers/officials (I dont know how you call those whom are in their office) as well and the customer service has been excellent. I understand sometimes there are issues, but it is technologys fault. For example: When Zelle decides to stop working, and when the third party once was taking the money thats been deposited through the ATM outside. Yeah, that was really messed up but is not the banks fault so Im not going to give them a bad review because of Zelle and their third party.

Marla Maccri My husband sure could use a new bank card. His is worn out and will not work. Tried on line and it said I had to call. Called and spoke to representative and he finally said you will have to go to the bank. Went to the bank and they said no you have to go on line. So cant get a card. Sad!
