Brandy Gonzalez The Brandy Gonzalez Every Wednesday is food pantry. The staff here are amazing and help with food stamp applications, housing assistance, counsling, bill assistance, and can give you guidance and paths to recources. Just ask for help.

Sara Jackson Erica is so very helpful and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our personal auto insurance company, and she was able to solve it very quickly. Erica always goes above and beyond to get what we need for any of our policies whether its the commercial or private.

Sebastian We have been banking with Suncoast Credit Union for over a decade so this is my third updated review (first was 5 stars, second when they moved locations was 3 stars, third is this review and they have indeed fixed the ATM outages from my last review) and Ive bumped it back up to 5 stars. Theyre great all around from having many great services and partnerships with genuinely good Arcadia and Govt support groups to the employees who do their job, but if youre trying to do something you should be able to do they will really try hard for you. I would have just bumped it up to 4 stars but the staff and speediness and helpfulness outside of banking on top of being a good credit union warrant 5 stars in my opinion. I dont think Ive had to wait more than 6 minutes to see someone even when its filled. And, cherry on top, they are lead by a great manager with good morals and stick-to-itiveness. She leads by example and I imagine thats why the employees are all so helpful. She does her due diligence, puts her heart into it and its very respectable; exactly the type of person youd want leading your credit union.

Eugene williams Ive used Duval Fields twice now for taxes and once for another need. Ive also referred two folks to them for tax assistance. Theyre really efficient and great to work with. They make it easy to securely send documents, sign returns, submit payments (eck) if needed. My friends also shared they had an easy experience with their prep as well. 10/10 will use them again. Im sick of filing my taxes and Im glad I found a simple and cost effective alternative.

Scott Petricone Had great experience with Joseph Dyer I had multiple questions for him on a Monday morning he was professional and courteous. Had to find a answer from his legal dept in reference to opening estate account told he would call me in afternoon and he did with all my questions answered.
