How often can you carry on an unscheduled call with someone you feel gives you their full attention and even looks up things youre asking about while on the phone? Aarons ability to explain things at a technical and granular level in such incredible detail, then turn around and make it understandable for "common folk" like us, is a trait that is sometimes overlooked in this field of work.
