We’ve had the price drop 3 times, I’ve never had a price drop with any other company, also it’s a simple process to get a teen discount for good grades and the driver course. My daughters car was hit while parked in a parking lot, we went through the other persons insurance for the claim, they were moving slow so contacted travelers, told them we didn’t want to file a claim through them because of it possibly increasing our rates. They still contacted the other insurance company on our behalf to make them speed up the process, and they reached back out to me a few times to be sure the other company was staying in touch with us. What other company would do that?

BJM 4 I called Jeannine Ordway’s Allstate office in Ocala, FlL to get quote on my auto insurance. Every agent that answered the phone during the process was very prompt at answering my questions and had excellent knowledge about finding me the best policy to fit my needs I truly appreciate how effortless they made the experience… from emailing me a quote for my insurance and then working with me to get me set up with a new policy. They were prompt and responsive to any changes I needed to make. Like I said, effortless! Everyone in Jeannine’s office made sure all the bases were covered and took such great care of me. I rarely take the time to write feedback such as this but when someone goes above and beyond to help a customer, they deserve the recognition. Jeannine and her teams efforts didn’t go unnoticed. He, very easily, could have taken $250/month from my son over the next 3 years, for an SR-22 policy he didnt need, because my son was sorely misinformed by several people ... including those with the State.
