I had a lot of questions which he answered all and didn’t make me feel silly for asking my questions or brushed me off as I have felt with other jewelry shops. I became interested in a pendant but I couldn’t decide on a chain as they have lots and lots of options. Different sizes styles and lengths. He was very patient and allowed me to try on several different chains until I decided on one. He was able give me a great deal that was within my budget. With this experience I have become a lifetime customer. Oh pictures I’ve added don’t do the jewelry justice. Much more beautiful in person.

5 /5 William Carrion: I went to another store to buy a ring for my wife for the 10th anniversary and when I was waiting, I get inside to the stores to see a Cuban chain, which I always have it on my mind, And then Zima Start showing me Cuban chains and I explained my goal and she was so patiently and so nice. I told her I don’t want to her waist their time I was just looking., She Take me to another store and we start talking until , Alex, the owner start showing me options and he bring the one I was looking for but doesn’t look good on me for every day and then I find the right one, and He Give me a Good Price!!!!!! They’re very very nice people. They understand what you need and they make a plan and he gave me a good price on the chain. I’m super happy and I recommend this store to everyone.!!!!!!!!! Customer service The best!!!!! And I buy the Solid Gold 10K 22 long Beautiful!!!!

1 /5 MaLina Savill: Loved the Orlando location, but the Sanford location sucks. The owner is very rude, aggressive, and will scam you for your hard-earned money. We were told by Orlando location to go to Sanford location as there was a problem with a piece of jewelry we bought from them. Well, when we arrived to Sanford after driving over an hour to do so, we were told we can not exchange it, and that we were wrong, there’s nothing wrong with the jewelry. The owner then proceeded to say that the people at the Orlando location don’t know what they are doing or what they are taking about. But they can run the store? Doesn’t make any sense. Overall, tread lightly. Make sure you really inspect your jewelry before purchasing from here, you don’t want to have to return to get yelled at and bullied by the owner, or better yet waste your money!! Update after seeing comment back from owner: He only took the ring back and said thank you for your time because we knew you were going to nothing and not exchange the ring even though you told your Orlando employee that you would exchange it. Also when you put the new ring guard on, you clamped down so hard that there is now damage on the ring. Pictures will follow. So thank you, for damaging the ring, and I wish I never wasted my money on your business.
