1 /5 MaLina Savill: Loved the Orlando location, but the Sanford location sucks. The owner is very rude, aggressive, and will scam you for your hard-earned money.
We were told by Orlando location to go to Sanford location as there was a problem with a piece of jewelry we bought from them. Well, when we arrived to Sanford after driving over an hour to do so, we were told we can not exchange it, and that we were wrong, there’s nothing wrong with the jewelry.
The owner then proceeded to say that the people at the Orlando location don’t know what they are doing or what they are taking about. But they can run the store? Doesn’t make any sense.
Overall, tread lightly. Make sure you really inspect your jewelry before purchasing from here, you don’t want to have to return to get yelled at and bullied by the owner, or better yet waste your money!!
Update after seeing comment back from owner:
He only took the ring back and said thank you for your time because we knew you were going to nothing and not exchange the ring even though you told your Orlando employee that you would exchange it.
Also when you put the new ring guard on, you clamped down so hard that there is now damage on the ring. Pictures will follow. So thank you, for damaging the ring, and I wish I never wasted my money on your business.
