5 /5 Andres Perez: I found out about this place through Instagram, I browsed through their videos and website. I wasnt to sure how to go about this just because I can honestly say I have never purchased anything online. I saw something I liked and I took my chances on it, not knowing the outcome. Well I can say that I am very pleased with my purchase and the help I received over the phone through txt and email. They didnt have the piece I wanted originally in stock anymore they sold out but got me something very similar and made sure it was ok with me before they shipped out! I recieved my piece in two business days after purchase was processed just like they said. Not sure who I dealt with exactly but I can say they were great. Thank you guys for all the help and making sure that I would be happy with my alternative. I will be making more future purchases with you!

1 /5 J G: Please beware, contacted the site multiple times and spoke with different sales reps about purchasing an item online and received different pricing from each sales rep as well as lies about the product availability. Also, was approved for AVA Financing from the site to then suddenly not being approved a few weeks later when trying to place an order. Staff makes you feel like youre wasting their time and not helpful at all. Would not use this site for your jewelry needs at all!
