1 /5 Kaylina P: I went in to make a simple withdrawal nothing complicated, the teller that attended me was an OLDER lady she had glasses idk her name because the receipt does not say it... The older lady was so rude, I walked up to her and smiled and said hello and she had the nastiest attitude. Lacks Customer Service skills. When she was done with my transaction the older lady literally TOSSED my ID, Debit Card, and cash envelope into the slot and looked the other way. Very unprofessional. Genuinely dont know if its because I wasnt speaking Spanish because I was speaking English but either way was very disgusting behavior. And she was responding only in Spanish you should hire Bilingual Tellers. This really upset me and confused me. I was in shock with the type of service they give their customers and that they are so okay with this quality of work. I am a teller myself at another institution and I would not waste my time writing this review if it wasnt needed. This interaction really is uncalled for and you should also keep the branch and teller line CLEANER. Your tellers had open snacks and lunch bags all on the counters. Looks dirty and nasty. What an odd branch.

1 /5 Omar: Horrible customer service. The tellers act like they are doing you a favor by interacting with you. The lines are insane, you waste half an hour if you dont use the ATM. The bank itself has tons of small issues when buying things, your transactions get blocked all the time and you have to call for them to let you buy the stuff and a lot of times I have to go over them and just use PayPal.

1 /5 Betsabee Cordero: Terrible service at the drive-thru. It was 2 p.m. and the line was tight. He spent over an hour helping a customer find her card. In the line, wheres the common sense? Are you a bank teller or an assistant? Terrible. Inside, however, it was wonderful.

Have a line of people out the door after a holiday and when asked to open another windows his response is that we only have one teller and one drive person... so you and the other women that works for the bank came in just to hang out at work and watch lines of pissed of customers?
