Nate Jackson It is extremely difficult when your account is compromised by an unknown individual(s) and was successful in getting into my checking account and making purchasing for merchandise. This obviously was extremely difficult for my wife and I. It required the cancellation of all my checking accounts including the contact with all of my merchants. I offer all of the credit to my wife along with a special individual from the credit union. Her name is Ashley Smith from We Florida Financial Credit Union. Ashley was successful In assisting in the cancellation along with aiding in the contact of our merchants. She is definitely a special individual and aided in the cancellation of all of our accounts. She is clearly a special person and helped us in definitely clearing this terrible mess that we were in. Thank you Ashley and please continue being that truly special individual that you are. Azeez Ismailov I have big complaint to the Truist Bank. I’m truck driver in company CBA Logistics LLC since year 2020, and until today didn’t got my salary checks late. But, today my company’s representative notified me that my pay check can be delayed for two weeks, because their accounts was frozen by this bank’s crime department without any notice and explanation. This is ridiculous and I’m sure, that only Truist banks fault, because I know company where I’m working very well. I’m highly not recommend to do business with this bank. They blocking accounts without any notice and explaining. Now I’m late in my payments and schedules because of this banks big fault. Unprofessional and ridiculous.

Sianne Gendron Sarah is incredible. She’s so patient in helping to set up, and adjust as needed, my financial goals and accounts.
