Shauna Allen The staff were friendly and genuinely caring, which was especially appreciated during a sensitive time when I was handling my late fathers accounts. They were kind and attentive, making a difficult process more manageable. However, one area for improvement would be attention to detail. Although the death certificate was scanned in during my visit, it was later rejected by Bank of Americas estate department due to improper scanning that cut off important information. This oversight unfortunately added weeks of delay to an already challenging process.

Princess Mo You receive the best customer service at this bank in the whole Indian country. I went in everyone greeted me, I was helped by a young lady named Cindy. I need bank statements for some reason they’re not popping up in my app, as she’s working with customers she is printing out one year supply of bank statement for me. She knew it was going to take a while, she took my phone number. Said she’ll give me a call when she’s complete. In about an hour, I received the phone call supreme customer service.
