1 /5 Becca Brammer: By far the worst banking experience we have ever had. We opened our account 3 weeks ago and was told it would be 5 days for debit card to arrive.. 5 days go by, no card, we go to the bank. They have frozen our account because they needed some sort of ID they didnt get from us. No call, email, or text just a frozen account. Unfreeze account. 5 More days go by, no card. Go to the bank again, to find out the teller didnt push the button on the computer to resend the card... Now, after 18 days we still dont have a debit card and have tried to close our account but cant because we withdrew $250 cash four days ago that is still pending in their system!!! This bank is a joke.
