3 /5 DeAnne Hilton: Twice they tried to pick me up at the doctor’s they were supposed to take me to. Four times they never showed up. When I called,they said they didn’t have a van available (instead of calling me and telling me in advance) and several times they tried to pick us up when we didn’t have an appointment. The driver’s are great mostly,but wow…what a mess. Just like Columbiana county Ohio.

4 /5 Lynnette Liseo: Thank you for the programs that they provide to the community is very nice they even do lunches and breakfast from what I understand from Seniors they have a lot of different programs to offer just sometimes the people they come and go and it kind of makes it difficult I mean everybodys got to start somewhere and understand that Im just saying sometimes its that makes it not such a smooth process example like if you use the services and you know the rules and whats required and all that just as a hypothetical but then you get you know someone new that they dont understand what your asking them thats an issue or they start explaining something else that has nothing to do with the conversation or your point of concern that you were having so this is what Im saying it its not always a smooth transition with new people coming but like I said theyre very kind theyre helpful you know like I said everybody has to start somewhere I get that but overall I mean theyre very good to people and they do do a lot of services to help people so that is a blessing

5 /5 Nancy Hagey: They are a wonderful organization that helps people with different programs (light and gas bills, some educational monies, weatherization of your home and purchasing a home).
