Patrick Dwyer I am and have been a customer with Bank of America for a number of years now. Recently, I needed to conduct in person banking at the Bank of America location, located at 105 N. Congress Ave. in the city of Boynton Beach, Florida. At this location, I met with and spoke to the on-duty bank manager, Andrea Velasco. Miss Velasco was extremely polite and professional at all times during our interaction. Miss Velasco was also very knowledgeable and readily able to assist me with what I thought was a complex banking issue. The entire interaction lasted a short time and with Miss Velasco’s assistance, I was able to complete all of my necessary banking business at that time. Karen Marcarelli I have worked with financial planners for decades and I never had the results in my retirement funds that I experienced only working months with Anthony. I was Blessed to connect with Anthony and he has never failed me in the past three years I have been with him. He is so knowledgeable and he amazes me at how much he knows. However he then amazes me even more with how much he cares about his clients, and how supportive he is and how all his decisions are always what is best for the client----but of course he is a fiduciary----so what is most advantageous for all his clients is what we always get. Carl Victor Over the years, I have handled our investments, selecting investments in companies that I have dealt with, knowing that we would receive stock splits and have significant gains. Unfortunately, that was many years ago and over our 50 years of investing we built, to our needs, a portfolio which was too susceptible to market fluctuations. Some years ago, we met Matt who reorganized our portfolio to account for those variances in the market and we are exceptionally satisfied with his outstanding understanding of how our investments are affected by market performance and taxes. Surprisingly, this year we had a tax return, not much, but better than giving the Fed our money.
