Helen Kassel David (Assurity Financial Group) has made me feel at ease about my future. I don’t have to worry about having enough money to retire now that David has invested my money to work for me. And, he (David) is very good at explaining everything.

Gemechis Tolu I recently visited Trust Bank in Gainesville and experienced a disappointing level of customer service from one of their employees. Despite maintaining a polite demeanor, I was met with condescension by a larger Caucasian woman, who seemed displeased that I hadnt emailed ahead regarding a $400 petty cash withdrawal. This encounter left me feeling belittled and disrespected. While I have left a 5-star rating as I dont wish to negatively impact the banks overall rating, I believe its important for management to address this issue. I suggest providing anger management training and perhaps considering a role better suited to her strengths. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Kelly Freeman Natalia and Robin were so patient and kind with my grandmother they explained everything to her and helped her with everything. She 80 and has lots of questions as he loved sitting and talking to them and next month she will be bringing them some home made strawberry jam cause they made her feel at home we hat a great company we found to help her out thanks you to wonderful ladys
