1 /5 Kathie Terry: Very disorganized. We had to go back several times to sign papers that were forgotten during our closing. Also, maybe its done but I wouldnt suggest doing it, they wouldnt accept a check for our down payment. Only a cashiers check which they wanted several days before closing. I refused to do this because anything could happen within those few days. I had to leave the closing, while my husband was still there, and go to the bank to take care of the payment. These guys were totally unprofessional. Not friendly or helpful at all.
