The attorney is very difficult to get in touch with,is always short with explaining the situation, not presenting medical reports to states Attorney in pending case . WHERE IS THE LEADERSHIP HERE? 1 /5 Felecia Cooper: Benjamin Neglia was represented to appoint me! He didn’t do his job when he was in front of the judge. So I complained to his supervisor. As soon as he got the complaint, instead of making it right he decided to drop me as a client! Sorry you can’t man up and do what your paid for! Pathetic! Zero stars if I could!

1 /5 Keyshla Maldonado: I asked for a public defender in order to clear my name , I felt like your services were inadequate to be honest. I believe my representation failed to counsel me properly. If you continue to serve the public as so it will be a unfair disservice, I called ur office days in and out trying to get in contact , yet no one was able to pick up my calls Until a couple days prior to my court date. I was left in court with out a understanding of the court process , or the feeling that Im being representative properly.

1 /5 Danielle Taylor: Not only was it impossible to get through or get a call back, my case was passed around through multiple attorneys, no one bothered to help prepare for the trial, I was asked to pick and write up my own questions for witnesses, and my rights being violated was apparently not important or worth their time. They dont even properly provide court information until minutes before a court date.They allowed dcf to lie on stand more than once while knowing I was in possession of paperwork proving them wrong. Over all eve Greenberg and her associates were the most useless thing about my entire case. Would have done better with a chimp to represent me. At least the chimp wouldnt complain that their workload doesnt allow them adequate time for all of their cases.

2 /5 Melissa Johnson: He doesnt defend his clients very well I sent the man audio recording text and voicemails to him that show that the guy that had my x arrested the guy is lying all the way around he is indicated lake Wales Police department he is implicated Bank of America hes accused somebody elses boyfriend and all kinds of stuff in the audio recording and text messages and Mr press has not did nothing to submit any of it to the courts and my ex is still currently sitting in jail as its June 16th or July 16th my bad and Mr Perez is not doing nothing to submit none of it to the courts to prove that he is innocent that he never done nobody ever done nothing he is innocent mister Perez Mr price is not even submitted to audio recording or nothing to the courts will not return a phone call my ex is not even seen his lawyer or spoke with his lawyer since hes been sitting in jail my ex shouldnt be sitting in jail at all cuz audio recordings and all prove the guys liar an mr. Perez did nothing to defend him on any of it or get him released because of lies even the police report is screwed up theres a lot of blacked out things on police report and there shouldnt be Ive been harassed by lake Wales police department since harassed by the lake Wales Police department since because this is the guy that had my ex arrested told him lies and they have been sitting around watching me following me and they have no reason to because Im not doing nothing illegal nothing wrong but theyve been watching me and following
