His assistant Kya was invaluable, she helped me with things I didn’t understand and explained things very clearly. She is an asset to the firm. Another asset is your receptionist, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she is the perfect fit for the receptionist. She is welcoming, courteous, informative and very easy to talk to and make any client feel welcome and important to the firm. I really enjoyed working with this firm and will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a law firm. Thank you Douglas Law Firm MaryLou Marazi - a very satisfied client.

I had spoken with several other attorneys before finding this firm, but none of them really took the time to listen or understand what I was going through - they seemed more focused on the price tag. From the moment I connected with Douglas Law, I felt heard. They responded with genuine compassion and walked me through the process in a way that made it feel less overwhelming. Working with Christopher LoBianco and his legal assistant Emily was a true comfort. 1 /5 Yamuna Bihari: Its been 2+ weeks since paying and signing my lawyer with Douglas Law Firm, its a time sensitive matter with great urgency and I have not received a single contact from my lawyer since the initial call over two weeks ago. This is unacceptable and now Im at their mercy having paid a large retainer and having a time-sensitive matter unresolved and unattended to. Ill change this review if they can reconcile this lapse in communication and attention, but this is just unacceptable as of todays date. Edit: It is now over a month since signing with Douglas law firm. Jason Odom provided 0 communication with me during this time and was apparently busy in trial for weeks. They assured me if I waited another week I would have my first meeting, today was the day it was supposed to happen and I was apparently "double booked" so my time slot was not honored. I extended again and gave multiple time slots I could reschedule the meeting for, only to receive an email from Jason informing me he will have to decline my case and Ill have to restart my process with another attorney. This was so poorly handled it is incredible. I didnt expect this poor of an experience considering I had a great and compassionate first call with Jason, but after money changed hands and contracts were signed I was completely neglected. This mistake on the part of Douglas Law Firm will cost me a massive amount of money and all I am getting is a refund.
