1 /5 72442conv: Horrible place if you are going to open a new account, especially a business account. First they have no employees in the cubicles so that you can sit and open an account. So you have to do a 30 minute plus line to have a TELLER open you an account. In any professional bank tellers DO NOT open accounts. Inevitably the teller made a bunch of mistakes and now the debit cards do not work... So went to bank to get that working and they could of cared less that they cards did not work, oh and by the way they told me that even if the teller had done them right they would not work as the funds have a 10 day hold... Teller never said ANYTHING about a 10 day hold. Called my bank and they have had the funds for the last 5 days, yet they will not let us access them. Tried to close account and can not as the funds are not available! So I can not get my money back and I can not close the account for ANOTHER 4 days! The people here are Morons, yes with a capital M. Will never do any business here, EVER!

2 /5 Minnie Ramos: Tellers need to smile more. It feels to me like they dont want to be there. The tellers at the Virginia Gardens branch are much more friendly and make me feel more comfortable.

I recommend this credit union if you are VERY good at keeping detailed records of every single call/interaction and documents provided. The misplaced documents, errors in their system and painful at times customer support where you must be wrong and nothing can be easily fixed has to be leveraged with the decent rates they offer.
