1 /5 Brian Vanderlip: Ive been a customer since 2018, and the experience has gone from bad to worse. This agency has zero customer service. They dont respond to emails, they dont return phone calls, and when they finally do—after multiple follow-ups—its always an excuse: "The whole team is on vacation," or "Mason is busy." Its never about actually helping the customer.
Year after year, I’ve asked them to help me find more cost-effective insurance to avoid the ridiculous rate increases. Youd think that’s their job—but it’s clear they don’t want to do any work. They’re more interested in sitting back and collecting commissions than actually solving the customer’s problem. I’ve had to chase them just to get a basic answer, and when rates go up (again), theres no explanation, no options, no communication. Just silence.
They don’t care. That’s the bottom line. No urgency, no accountability, no interest in the customer. It’s as if once they’ve locked you in, they’re done. You’re on your own.
