Renee Jepson I have been purchasing jewelry at this store for a couple of years (gold hoop earrings, gold necklace, diamond ring) Time for a review! Ive always shopped with Alex. He, as Im sure others with Pacific Jewelry, has been fair and honest with pricing. My latest purchase was a beautiful baguette diamond ring (for Mothers Day). I prong must have been loose and a very small, yet noticeable diamond, slipped out. I brought the ring in for repair and the diamond was replaced, ALL prongs were checked and the ring was polished. All within 3 days! This store is on a busy street and it can be months before I stop to shop or say hello. Alex always remembers us. I appreciate that.

I have had a necklace custom made to include my mother’s diamond and it is amazing, I wear it daily. My husband and I both have our Rolex watches serviced by the master watch maker on staff. Recently my husbands watch started keeping irregular time and we took it in and neither Sandy or the watchmaker would quit until they had figured out the problem! Faviola Martin We had such an amazing experience at Askew Jewelers and trusted them with refurbishing a family heirloom. My grandfather was given this ring as a gift from my grandmother during his service is World War ll. The ring was handed down to my father, then to me when I entered the military. The ring suffered quite a bit of damage over the decades. Askew Jewelers worked their magic and made a 80 year old ring look brand new again. Our son recently graduated from college and joined the US Army as an Officer. It was an absolute honor to present him with this ring. We couldn’t have done it without your Team!! Thank you
