Steven Del Nunzio Only wish I was able to give more than 5 stars. Karly Guiliano has been nothing short of amazing. Helpful, patient, intelligent, easy going, can go on and on. Michael Nieves was equally amazing at the banking center. He helped me through paperwork a local bank was requesting and actually waited for me after hours to process the deposit.....on a Friday afternoon no less. Over all experience top notch. Could not have expected more. Highly recommend both of these wonderful young people.

A K I have blocked their number, only to be called a dozen other times with various other numbers. I’ve called back, dialed nine to be removed, spoken to agents, and still continue to receive call after call after call. This company seems to think harassing people until they cave in and accept their services is best practice. It is not. If anything, I’m that much more likely to file a civil suit against them. The calls are unacceptable. From now on, I’ll call you back and waste your time walking me through your loans just to decline the offers after an hours time each and every single time you call me. Jennifer Made an appointment to discuss investments with Bob, we talked for an hour. Gave him all my information to have my rollover IRA transferred to his company to have him manage. Sent over the additional information he needed via email and never heard from him again. I emailed him & called his office twice. His receptionist told me the first time I called that he was out of the office. (Which I took as out for a meeting or something) Then when I called a week later she said he was still out of the office in North Carolina. I told her I wished someone would have told me he was on vacation vs just “out of the office”. She laughed and said “well he has an office there & he should be able to return your emails or call you” I told her how unprofessional this whole situation was. After that I still didn’t hear back. Now after a month if not longer I have emailed Bob yet again to inform him and just have it documented that I do not wish to have him handle my roll over IRA and that I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Of course no email back. Please take your business elsewhere if you want to have someone who is professional and reliable.
