1 /5 Michelle Robinson: Mr. Holte was very nice and professional throughout the process. However, I am giving a low rating due to how the situation was handled overall. We were initially told that my mom was approved for the amount she requested and more if she wanted to go with a higher amount. Then suddenly, that approval was taken back without a clear explanation.
What made it worse was the behavior of a woman named Teresa, who appeared to be in charge. I seen her chatting back and forth on the computer with Mr. Holte and at one point she said, "I did not approve that amount." From that moment, I had a bad feeling. I even told my mom this didn’t feel right.
In the end, it felt misleading and unprofessional. We felt like we were being strung along, and I now question the legitimacy of this place. Especially after telling her she was not approved because numbers were different, which I think is a bunch of bull! Very disappointing experience.
