1 /5 Michelle Robinson: Mr. Holte was very nice and professional throughout the process. However, I am giving a low rating due to how the situation was handled overall. We were initially told that my mom was approved for the amount she requested and more if she wanted to go with a higher amount. Then suddenly, that approval was taken back without a clear explanation. What made it worse was the behavior of a woman named Teresa, who appeared to be in charge. I seen her chatting back and forth on the computer with Mr. Holte and at one point she said, "I did not approve that amount." From that moment, I had a bad feeling. I even told my mom this didn’t feel right. In the end, it felt misleading and unprofessional. We felt like we were being strung along, and I now question the legitimacy of this place. Especially after telling her she was not approved because numbers were different, which I think is a bunch of bull! Very disappointing experience.

5 /5 Daniel Gerena: If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would because my experience with the OneMain Financial team was beyond superb! My agent Ross was friendly, informative, tentative, and he treated me like family. Most places just sell to make commission and do not care about the customer, but Ross was hands down the GREATEST! Made me feel comfortable, secure with my loan, and despite some technical issues due to a storm, he took care of me quickly as I was on my lunch break during my visit. He definitely needs to be recognized if he isn’t already. OneMain Financial has a customer for life due to his outstanding services!

1 /5 Chris Nelson: Ive had 100s of bills over my lifetime from cell phone, car payments, credit cards to personal loans and NEVER had any of those institutions called me literally the day after my due date to harass me for a payment. The earliest I can recall was at least a week. Depending on when I get paid I will have to, on ocassion, make a payment a day or 2 late. I find this behavior extremely rude and unprofessional. Ive even blocked their number. This is why once my financial obligation is completed Ill never use them again and this is coming from someone with credit that is considered "excellent.
